Dapat kun baguhan ka sa isang lugar meron man lang warning. Hindi yon ttiketan ka kaagad dahil nag violate ka sa sign. Dahil yong sign eh hindi naman every street meron. Sa looban ako dumaan taz pag labas ko hinarangan ako dahil one way daw yon. Nakiusap ako sinabi ko na di ko alam na one way lang yon at nag wiwaze ako. Ang sabi sakin wag daw ako maniwala sa waze. Hinuli po ako sa marikina sss branch office for Violation in Parking Areas (Sec65) dahil yon rear end ng car ko nag protrude ng kaunti sa sidewalk. Hindi naman totally blocked yon sidewalk at saka bihira ang dumadaan doon. Naka park naman ako sa designated frontal parking space ng building, kaya lang medyo na occupied ng rear end ng car ko portion of sidewalk. Di ba dapat obstruction lang ang violation? Yan sec 65 violation ay masyado malawak ang scope ng violation kaya yan mga enforcers ginagamit eto to collect more penalties to not so grave violations.Another thing is kung basahin mo isa isa yon mga description ng mga listed violations, marami ang malabo or not clear.
