The Marikina City Government and Marikina Police recently launched its new anti-crime program dubbed as “Bantay Lahat, Lahat Bantay”.
Marikina police chief Sr. Supt. Vincent S. Calanoga introduced the program during the 2014 Peace and Order Summit at the Marikina Convention Center.
The program aims to increase community vigilance and report all crimes to the authorities.
The event was attended by various stakeholders in Marikina like business owners, transport groups, Home owners Association leaders, and NGOs.
Marikina Mayor Del R. de Guzman, Vice Mayor Jose Fabian I. Cadiz, and Councilor Frankie Ayuson, chairman of the City Peace and Order Council are all in full support of the program.
