There’s a new and promising dining place here in Marikina…Beeffalo.
Pangalan palang attractive na.
At last, I got the chance to try out this cozy and yummy smelling (because they grilling their steaks outside) and delicious tasting food haven!
Beeffalo is a hidden dinning place that offers great food at a great price.
Beeffalo is divided in 3 areas: Enclosed Area (with aircon), Covered outdoor, and open air (Al Fresco) area. Each of these areas if Beeffalo sets the mood for your dining pleasure.
You’ll also find some antique items inside the Enclosed area.
The covered outdoor dining area is perfect for people who likes to “kill time” with the view of the other areas or the vehicles passing by along Gil Fernando Avenue or for groups who loves to chit-chat while waiting for their orders or while eating.
At night, it is best to stay at the open air area where you could smell the delicious aroma of the perfectly grilled Beeffalo steaks. And you won’t have to worry about mosquito bites as the management of Beeffalo ensures that mosquitos are OFF LIMITS.
As of posting time, they only offer two soups, the seafood and Corn chowder and Roasted pumpkin Soup. Both are creamy and tasty.
They also have the Taco Barbecue Salad (for sharing).
For appetizers, I tried the Nachos (with spinach dip).
Among their pasta dishes, I tried the Putanesca.
And also Garlic Shrimp Pasta
For the main dish, I tried the Porterhouse steak and Pork Liempo with Java Rice. The porter house steak was soft, juicy, and perfectly grilled. It came with mashed potatoes and vegetable salad. Beeffalo’s Baby Back Ribs is also a favorite. True enough, it was sold out/out of stock the day I came to Beeffalo.
I came back to Beeffalo and tried out their other dishes:
Beeffalo Breakfast Steak. A serving of 125g Beeffalo steak with fried eggs and garden salad. Only Php 170.00
Their best seller… Beeffalo Baby Back Ribs (single serving) with Java rice and garden salad.
I also tried Beeffalo’s Fried Chicken and fries. Great for kids and kids at heart.
Their classic baked potato mash is something that you should never miss to order.
For deserts, either the Creme Brulee nd Jar of Monkeys would be a great choice.
The Jar of Monkeys is a bucket filled with 3 scoops of ice cream, banana, crushed pineapple, nuts, mini mallows, topped with chocolate and strawberry syrup. YUMMMMMMEHHH! Meanwhile the Coffee Jelly Creme Brulee just tastes right for me. Not so sweet, and you can taste the blend of coffee, custard, and Caramel.
Note that most of their dishes are good for sharing.
